Granola

Ingredients :
  • 7 cups oatmeal (slow-cooked)
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar or maple sugar
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
Preparation :

Mix the dry ingredients (except the raisins). Then mix the wet ingredients. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Dry and brown over low heat in the oven (325°F) for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Let cool and add the raisins. Serve with milk.
